Monsoon Webscan & Receiving Issue

We have identified an issue with one of our services today that affects the ability to receive new products and WebScan. Our Engineering team is currently working to resolve the issue.

 

When attempting to search for an item in Monsoon or WebScan you may receive one of the following two errors.

 

There is an error in XML document (0,0)
Start tag expected, '<' not found
