Blog Post created by kwallace on Jan 23, 2018

We’ve started updating users to Monsoon version 5.8. Just like we added an internal note to the My Inventory tab, we’ve done the same for Orders: an internal order note. We’ve also got a few fixes for Walmart and have tackled an error that contributed to eBay duplicates. Here’s the full list of fixes and features:

  • Adds the ability to add internal notes to orders using the Orders tab.
  • Adds the ability to add internal notes to orders using an order import file.
  • Adds the ability to export internal notes in order files.
  • Adds the ability to verify that a 10 and 13 digit ISBN, UPC, and EAN is valid before attempting to publish a listing to eBay US and eBay UK.
  • Adds logging when orders are imported and acknowledged from the Walmart marketplace to help with troubleshooting issues.
  • Adds the ability to synchronize custom strategies and profit settings to the Monsoon cloud for the cloud pricing engine. This feature is disabled by default.
  • Adds the ability to synchronize prices from the cloud pricing engine to Monsoon Marketplace. This feature is disabled by default.
  • Improves the way feeds are managed when publishing listings on the Walmart marketplace.
  • Removes the ability to add market to the Smart Classification criteria.
  • Fixes an issue where the item notes field was limited to one line in the Receiving tab.
  • Fixes an issue where a duplicate listing was created when eBay US or eBay UK returned error 196 when relisting an item.
  • Fixes an issue where items were categorized incorrectly on eBay US and eBay UK.
  • Fixes an issue where the price on Amazon Italy and Spain is converted to euros twice when there are no competitors and an item is priced using a percentage of MSRP.
  • Fixes an issue where the shipping rate of Amazon Italy and Spain templates was not converted from euros to pounds when pricing an item.
