Some FBA sellers have reported an issue with FBA orders not importing into Monsoon. If you notice that you are missing FBA orders in Monsoon, or see that large batches of orders are importing all at once, you may be impacted by this issue. This appears to be a problem on Amazon’s end and we are working with their support team to find a solution.
Until the issue has been resolved, our Support team will be initiating 30-day FBA order reports that will import any missing orders for all FBA sellers. We will request this on a frequent basis to ensure all FBA orders are imported into Monsoon, so you may notice a sudden increase in orders on the days that the reports are requested.
