Alibris Seller Hub - Update

Alibris has posted an update on the Seller Hub concerning the technical difficulties the site is experiencing and auto-cancellations. They expect to have the Seller Hub back up and running by the end of the day today.

Hello Monsoon Community,

 

It has come to our attention that the Alibris Marketplace Seller Hub is experiencing technical difficulties and is currently unavailable. The Alibris.com site does not appear to be affected by the outage. A number of Monsoon users have also reported receiving emails from Alibris, notifying them that some orders are in danger of being automatically cancelled. In many cases, these orders did not import into Monsoon.

 

We believe this to be due to the problems Alibris is having with the Seller Hub. At this point, we do not know of a work-around or a way to get those orders to import into Monsoon. We suggest contacting Alibris Seller Support via email at sellers@alibris.com to request that they do not automatically cancel any orders placed over the last 48 - 72 hours.

 

As more information becomes available, we will provide that information to you.
