Overview:

You decide which items to list to the online marketplaces using listing rules.

Listing rules are configured for each marketplace individually under that particular Market in the Settings tab and Markets section of Monsoon Marketplace.

You can configure your listing rules to list specific items on each market or to sell a product on multiple markets at the same time.

There are many criteria available to refine your listing rules.

  • Set the Category of the items you want to list.
  • Choose any specific Condition settings you want to use.
  • Decide if the listing rule is for FBA, local, or both Fulfillment Types.
  • Include or exclude items by their associated Classification.
  • Use inventory Age as a listing criteria.
  • Set criteria based on a Market Rank greater or less than a specific value.
  • Choose to specifically include, or exclude Collectible items.
  • List inventory based on Weight.
  • Specify that only inventory with Quantity greater than an amount you choose gets listed.
  • Set an amount greater or less than to list based on Price.

Things to know:

Listing rules are flexible and powerful.

  • Changes to listing rules trigger Monsoon Marketplace to take action on your listings right away.
    • If you remove a Category from a listing rule, Monsoon Marketplace will begin to de-list any items with that Category from the marketplace as soon as you save the change.
    • Monsoon Marketplace provides an alert to show the impact of removing a Category from your listing rule.
  • You can use Classifications and Smart Classifications to specifically include or exclude items.
    • Ignore classifications when determining listing eligibility by leaving all classifications unselected.
