Why are my Rakuten Ship Confirmation Feeds failing?

Rakuten.com Shopping requires that tracking numbers are entered for all shipped orders. If you are not entering tracking numbers into Monsoon Marketplace before you mark the order as Shipped, then the shipped orders feed that gets sent to the marketplace will have a blank value in the tracking numbers field.  Because Rakuten.com Shopping requires this information, a blank field will cause these shipped order feeds to fail.

To ensure that these feeds do not fail and that you are compliant with the marketplace requirements, please make sure to enter a tracking number for your Rakuten.com Shopping orders when you mark them as shipped in Monsoon Marketplace.
