On the first day of each month, the Monsoon Commerce Billing Team generates your statement for the previous month. Your statement covers the previous calendar month and may include orders downloaded from your online markets, shipping fees, and miscellaneous adjustments.
There is a three (3) business-day billing review period before accounts are charged. For more information about billing, please contact our Billing department.
If you would like to find your total sales for the month, the Reports tab in Monsoon Marketplace can provide an overview of total sales amounts. If you need more detail for accounting purposes, you can export your orders from the File menu in Monsoon Marketplace and then view the exported data in a spreadsheet program.
