Error

“A lock violation has occurred. Your changes cannot be committed.”

Location

Pop-up window when making changes in the My Inventory tab or entering items in the Inventory Receiving tab

Description

This error indicates that the item you are currently trying to change is already being modified in your database, either by another user or by the automated Monsoon Marketplace services that run in the background (such as pricing). This issue will usually resolve itself, if you are able wait a few minutes before trying your actions again. If you are suddenly receiving a large number of lock violations, you can try restarting your Monsoon Marketplace Server to see if that helps get your system running smoothly again. If that doesn’t help, then please contact Support for further troubleshooting.
