My orders are not being marked as "Shipped" in Monsoon when using Endicia DAZzle.
There are a few common reasons why an order may not be marked "Shipped" in Monsoon after you've printed postage using DAZzle and shipped the order.
There is a button to "Mark these orders as shipped" within the Print Postage pop-up box. If this button was not checked when the label was printed through DAZzle, the orders will not have been marked "Shipped" in Monsoon.
Another possibility is if DAZzle is open before you begin printing labels through Monsoon. The DAZzle program is designed to open and close itself when you click the Print Postage option under the Order tab in Monsoon. Having Dazzle open before the order process starts can cause various problems.
Problems can be created if DAZzle is closed manually and the tab selected is NOT the Design tab. You can make sure this is not an issue by opening DAZzle and verifying which tab is showing. If it is not the Design tab, be sure to select the Design tab and then close DAZzle to ensure it is opens in that tab next time around.
These types of issues may also be a result of a temporary break in the communication between DAZzle and Monsoon. As another troubleshooting step, restart the printer and the Monsoon machine that you are using. This will refresh the connection between the two. Try using DAZzle again as normal and see if items are getting marked as "Shipped" as appropriate.
If you find that one of these scenarios was the issue, you can copy and past tracking info manually into Monsoon (if this is missing from the order) and then set the order to "Shipped" within Monsoon by clicking the Ship button.
